Yes, In-person coaching happens out of Snap Fitness Port Melbourne. The other days of training you can do at home if you have access to gym equipment although I highly advise to workout at Snap where I am readily available.
Definitely, whether you're working with me in-person or online, my years of experience and masters in sports science - biomechanics, prepares me with the knowledge and integration to regress and modify where needed before building you back to full health. I still highly encourage working with an allied health professional at the same time for check ups and maintenance

Great question. Long story short, you will get everything needed to help you move better and most importantly feel the changes in movement. From 1-1 coaching where I teach you how to move efficiently, your own training and performance nutrition plan so you have structure and guidance over the 6 weeks and on-going support outside of our time together to help answer or work with any questions you have. Think of this as a "fast-track" done-with-you training system to build strength and confidence inside and outside of the gym.
I will be surprised if you hit a plateau in 6 weeks but I am an expert in helping you overcome plateaus and keeping you motivated. We know the motivation to stick to a diet can fade a little each week, so we've developed a few tricks up our sleeve for keeping that fire burning. We've got a number of unique ways to help you stay on track even as things get tough, and our results are proof of that.
Phase 1 – Assess & Understand
I don’t just hand you a plan. First, we uncover why movement and strength work hasn’t worked for you in the past. We address your current movement patterns, and behaviors to ensure the foundation is solid before we even begin training.
Phase 2 – Your Game Plan
We get 100% clarity on your starting point: your movement, strength, and lifestyle. Through scans, a movement screen, and a deep consultation, we gather all the data we need. Then I develop a customised training plan, and guide you with 1-1 coaching and accountability.
Phase 3 – Optimise & Progress
I review your progress and movement patterns weekly and make adjustments to your plan where needed. This helps us understand what’s working, what isn’t, and how to ensure long-term independence and strength.
